The Hot Toys movie - Goemon!

So no one commenting about Hot Toys bomb about co-financing a film?!

You know that if they've got money into it they'll be putting out a lot of figures. It looks like live-action anime, but there are definitely some cool looking costumes. I'm very interested in seeing it.

Well, whatever it is they are doing, I hope they end up making money on it, so they can put that back into producing more awesome licensed toys from existing franchises.

I was reading this before in the newsletter. Sounds interesting.
Warner bros too , so not low budget like I thought it was going to be...
The main guy reminds me off " Dante " , a character from the video game , devil may cry.

Deffinetly going to look out for it. I have Casshern on DVD, its a 'visually' amazing movie but gets a bit messy with the storyline. But Kazuaki Kiriya has a great eye for making things look beautiful.

Pretty cool, but none of this reminds me of the video games (of which apparently this film is based).

The Mystical Ninja games were fun.

Which is perplexing why HT have not get the Star Wars liscence.
Is it the money Lucas is asking? Sure HT can afford it.

I bought the Warlord figures cause I just thought they were cool - this guy looks great - hope the movie plays here eventually.
