hhm I just read an article about the lacrosse player who killed his girlfriend and no one saw the warning signs. I am telling you now: everyone who willingly goes to see this movie should be put on a watch list, because it's not the last we'll here about their pathetic lives.

i remember a friend once said something like this during the post columbine media frenzy blaming music and tv violence spiraling issues...

I actually hate the torture porn subgenre, but this has enough quirk to make it enjoyable.

The girls are topless after the operation, but within the context of the film, you won't care.

CelticP, did you actually see the movie? Again, within context, that is a heartrending and horrifying line of dialogue. Followed up by Dr. Heiter's exultation of triumph, it's even more disturbing.

Foe, don't go in looking for a gorefest, or you'll be sorely disappointed. The film is shot in an austere, "Architectural Digest" style, and for me, that was part of it's appeal. The plot is actually quite conventional, but the premise and Laser's performance put it over the top for this viewer.

Yeah thats cool, I usually dont go into movies thinking much...I dont like to go in looking for something or hyping it up cause Im rather hard to please when it comes to cinema, especially in the genre of horror. Ive read alot about this movie and again not really thinking anything...just sounds interesting. I like the idea that its medically accurate...that really interests me. So i'll give it a shot.
