Of course, Hot Toys celebrates Batman Day by officially announcing their Dr. Strange figure. Don't mind me--I'm just sitting over here waiting for the '66 Batmobile.

on a more positive note... i figured i'd celebrate batman day by nursing my hangover and taking it slow today and do some custom crap i've been putting off... so finally got off my azz and assembled and painted the custom belt and head sculpt i bought like 6 months ago for my ss bats... such a huge difference!

been on a roll today w/ custom stuff. got my custom holster and belt from raveneye... so i weathered that bad boy up to go on my indy. such a major improvement over the stock! guy does great work!

I've been stuck at 9 tattoos for years. Only problem is the VA health system is so anti-tattoo that if they are visible, you are not employable. I find the policy outdated and dumb.

I was thinking of getting a stylized batman gauntlet on my forearm as a wrap-around tattoo. I think it would be amazing looking. Need to sketch up some ideas!

I have to hide mine here or the old people that come in get pissy. Since I'm stuck in my office a lot I don't always wear long sleeve shirts though. I ended up getting some forearm sleeves that I can slide on when I need to--which is stupid because it's obvious I'm covering up a tattoo--but I guess as long as they can't see them they don't complain.

I'm more bothered by the piercings than the tattoo. I don't know why but I don't like seeing people with a bunch of **** in their face.

Having a monitor tablet has made a huge difference to my ability to do linework digitally. Been doing studies of Tetsuo Hara panels to see just how far it can be pushed.

Still getting used to it, but early results are promising.

i know right! we have this idiot here at work who has them... big rings in his ears... and a nose ring he tucks up inside his nose when he's here sometimes... he's always f'n around w/ it... looks like hes diggin for gold all the time! lol and he's a contractor. wonders why they won't hire him on direct! lol

I don't think I've ever seen an animated Batman cosplay. It'd look cool if done correctly.
