I wanted to go to a different place but I'm capped to only what my primary allowed. This place is part of a chain of places all through Philly and I used Yelp for reviews. My outlook after today is the best it's been in awhile regarding my knees since I feel reassured they know what they're doing at this place.

She examined me and made me do tests for about a half hour and it seems it's not even my knees and it's coming from stabilizing muscles in my hips and I have had some bad hip soreness over the last few months. Stretching might be all I need.

This week is almost ****ing over. I can see the light at the end of the tunnel--and if that light is a train, then I'm almost tired enough to stay on the tracks and let it happen. I'm going to eat and nap this entire weekend away.

Nah, it was one of those it hurts so good type of pains. I'm glad I picked this over where I was going to go, since one of the specialties here was sports medicine, which is what I need.

The last two ****ing hours DRAGGED *******. Both my bosses weren't in at the end of the day so I left 20 minutes early since everyone started walking out at 4:30.

And unlike the place I was going to go, where I did last year, she works with me every time I go instead of seeing the therapist once... and then every time after that working with the idiotic helpers. I appreciate she didn't fully go by the prescription since the doctor doesn't even know what it is.

We had one of the worst non-tornado storms I can recall, overnight. It's still super windy. OKC literally looks like it was bombed as there are collapsed buildings and trees down everywhere. One of craziest things I can remember.

We had some loud storms last night, but I don't think they were as bad up here as in OKC. Woke me up around 2am and I couldn't get back to sleep though. I'll have to take a look around and see if anything got damaged during the night. Hope you aren't going to have too much trouble getting what you need fixed.

I don't come to the lounge too much but I really wanted to share my latest custom/bootleg creation. I finally got the last piece (body) in on Friday and I was able to put Bane all together. I would like the official one but I can't afford it, so bootleg parts will have to do. I'm pretty happy with the final product! Unfortunately I had snapped off the left wrist peg right away so I had to do some repairs. Hands can swap but no hinge.

What do you guys think?

Looks awesome. I've neglected my Bane because I didn't like the movie, but you're making me want to dust him off and try getting some upgrade parts. That Dent photo is a great touch.
