I haven't opened the box for my Fight Club figures or the XM Ghost Rider statue that finally got delivered. I have so many statues and figures either in the boxes or sitting in the dining room that I'm starting to get overwhelmed. Plus, I'll probably have another dozen pieces arriving this summer.

yeah i sent them a message asking about using a giftcard on the order i placed... i had also not received any notice for billing either. she said they are getting a small shipment in and if you don't get the billing notice you are delayed.

I keep meaning to throw stuff on eBay, but I've been so lazy about it that I haven't gotten anything organized yet. Though most of the time I don't have any problems, selling stuff on eBay always fills me with dread for what might happen.

yup... so far i've had good luck w/ it on evilbay... knock on wood.

sales are pretty slim on this board. everyone wants things for free so it's almost not worth the hassle unless its a recent sold out release.

Looks as though Batman: Mask of the Phantasm is finally heading to bluray. Special features appear to be non-existent, though. Can't stand that. They can put out their little documentaries with interviews from cast, and crew on all their current, crappy animated films, but they can't get some people together to talk about this movie? A movie that is above, and beyond better then anything they've put out in the last twenty years. It deserves a special edition release with some decent special features.

I'd love to see some extras thrown in, but lack of them won't keep me from buying the blu ray. I had given up any hope that they'd release it so it's still a win.

I've been selling on eBay quite often nowadays, and I try to be as thorough as possible- taking pics of the stuff before sending, talking to the buyer etc to avoid anyone trying to pull a fast one. I've heard a lot of horror stories where buyers would claim the item as being defective out of the box, which I would always disclose.

I guess the worst part of selling on eBay (aside from the fees) are people asking for free EMS shipping from my place here in the jungles of Asia to the US, which for a boxed HT would at cost least cost $40 via Airmail.

It's my favorite Batman movie ever, with the 89 flick close behind and the lack of extras doesn't bother me as much since I've been waiting for this since 2007 and thought it would never happen.

If it also means more work is done to the restoration (ala Transformers The Movie) in favor over extras, then that's even better.

Luckily, I've only had a couple issues on eBay, but the potential for aggravation is there for every sale. Some people are just looking to rip you off, and I end up blocking the buyer if they're a pain in the ***. I get pissed about all the fees they take out too since with ebay and Paypal they end up taking around 14%, which ends up being a lot for some auctions.

I try to get fairly close to what people ask in this place, but I'm not trying to haggle someone for retail. Like c'mon, be respectful.
