It really irritates me. The only reason I end up calling them is because I've done all the stuff that should fix it if there's a problem on my end. I even told the lady I talked to that we could bypass all the first step stuff because I'd already done it all. Just send a tech out to check the line and let me get back online.

I get that occasionally, and it's really annoying. True story:

"Sir, would you kindly check if there's a dial tone and cables or phone lines ar.."

"I've already checked everything prior to this call and this isn't my first time. The hardware is in perfect working order so can we skip this and go ahead with the report and send someone over?"

Pauses..

"Sure sir, but if the hardware is in working order as you claimed, do you mind checking if it's plugged into a wall outlet?"

It's 32" tall so whatever that is. That's probably to the top of his gun so I would guess his body is similar in size to a 1/4 scale statue.

that soundwave is utterly amazing! and it is MASSIVE! i've watched several of the progress videos and pics. dam that thing is sweet! shipping i've heard from others is just as massive as the figure! lol

Yeah, we're going again this year. I only got tickets for Thursday, Friday, and Sunday though. My back has been acting up more than usual lately so I'm not sure if I'll be able to last the whole day each day either. We're going to make the most of it though.
