I've been mulling it over all morning. I might gopher it on timewalker. I got stuff listed now that if sold would amount to more than half of what the cost is. I'd just sit on my Paypal balance I guess.
I listed that V stuff really high only to cover fees and the cost I paid on them. I think if I sell Quiet, I might just list the rest of the line for bids at $.99 and just take whatever I get. I don't want the ****, so I might as well put it into the four figures.

I know the payments are still high, but they're still better than paying it all at once. At least the only money due now is $90, then you have a couple months to prepare for the payments to start. I don't know if there will be a better deal than what Timewalker is doing.
Would you have an idea on how long they'd keep orders up? It says try to get it in before October.

I have no idea, but it seems like most Blitzway products don't last more than a few weeks.
That's not surprising. I've never dealt with anything with that company so I was unsure. I'm trying to talk the misses into it... I pretty sure I can wear her down since she's a huge GB too. I just nuked half my pre orders. I think I can do it if I put $50 a paycheck leading up to the payments.

If you're a big fan of the movie then I think these figures are worth putting some stuff aside to make sure you get them. The head sculpts, clothes, and detailed accessories are on a different level than any other option out there. I don't know how many times I've almost broken down and bought the Mattel versions, but I've always stopped myself because I'm not really happy with them. Getting these Ghostbuster figures at this quality is like a dream come true for me.
As excellent as all of them are and I'm not knocking any of them. For some reason, I love Egon's sculpt the best. Something about it is really magic to me, can't put my finger on it.
Anyway, I'm trading texts. I'll probably have the order in by the afternoon

Oh not that one. Where they ask "bill and ship now." Two of the options look virtually the same.

I did bill and ship as available. Since you're getting the set they'll bill you when it arrives and ship it. Basically you'll get the payment plan and when it arrives they'll bill you the last payment then ship it.

They just give you more options if you are getting a few different items that aren't releasing at the same time. You could get charged for each one separately have them ship them as they were released, or you could get billed as they came available (so you don't get hit with a huge bill at the end) but they wouldn't ship anything until everything was released.

I was apprehensive taking on such an expensive set... but I feel immediately better knowing I'm getting them. I envy anyone getting Ecto 1. It's not feasible for me to get it since I absolutely have no possible way to display it.

It's definitely a lot of money to invest but price for each figure is cheaper than a normal HT figure. If HT did these we'd probably end up with less accessories and they'd be at least $250 a piece plus shipping.
That's true. It's nice there's a little diversity of accessories since Egon comes with the PKE meter and Ray gets the googles.
