Well, 2/3 of the people who took the poll said they would get the exclusive but not display it hatless. Only 1/3 said they wouldn't get it. So there are a lot of people who really wanted the exclusive despite not wanting to display it that way.

If you missed it, sign up now - always a good chance if you get on it soon, especially with higher priced items - normally there are more cancellations/credit card declines for those when it starts shipping

Thanks for the heads up. I know you can't do anything about it, but I have to say I'm not very happy that I've missed the exclusive because of the error messages on the site. I could have phoned my order in. Yes, I could have done that. But I also could have placed my order through the site like I usually do, if it had worked.

I finally got on the Wait list. Now I need to know what to do with the 'ghost' exclusive one I supposedly order. I want to cancel it but I don't think I should pay any cancellation fees. I'm going to write to Sideshow.

Well, in the race to get a Ex (for some reason) I am on the waitlist...in the even the Reg isn't much of a savings at retail.

I imagine when all this dies down and it comes time to pay, there will be many cancelations of the Ex. I think everyone who really wants the Ex will get it between now and 4th Q.

But I do want to have a reservation on this piece until I see what retailers are offering.

for me it doesn't make a difference REG or EX the piece it self looks great to me and i'm glad that the wife lets me spend money on this kind of stuff.

There are no cancellation fees on FLEX items until after the first payment has been charged (at least, I think that's how it works - probably best to e-mail to check just in case, but I'm 99.9% sure that's how it works)

Thank you very much, Dusty! I just e-mailed cust. service just in case. I need to be 100% sure to cancel my 'ghost' exclusive Indy (oh, man, it's so painful).

Edit. I just remembered I cancelled a FlexPlay PF Lord Darkness before paying any of the instalments and I had to pay cancellation fees... Any way, I gess in this special case, the error has not been made by me, but by SS's webpage, and so I'll be covered in that sense.

I believe not until after PPO is completely over (after Noon PT), as downloading hi-res pics creates another hi load for the servers to handle

EDIT: Well, since it IS after Noon, I'd say just wait a bit longer - patience - we have quite a few months to fill in between now and when it ships
