I got my processing order too, but I thought it was delayed until January... It says on the Indy page at SS...

Anyway, I'm happy....:whip

The 20-25 day notice had it arriving this week at the latest, which matches the processing e-mail. The update on the product page doesn't match, but I'm going to cross my fingers and hope that the folks charging my card tomorrow know what they're doing. I'm very happy that we won't be facing a split shipment after all.

:horror:horrorGot mine today. The disappointment I'm experiencing is quite monumental so I'll just do my best to keep it brief, as not to enrage the blind loyalists.

I don't hate it, but the jacket's green, dude. Not just a little bit, as some have indicated, but it's very obviously tinged with green, and the pants are...grey? Also the jacket doesn't even fit him right---it's sliding back on his shoulders very awkwardly. I tugged on it a bit and this helped, but there's only so much you can do with "futzing".

It will certainly be my last PF purchase. It sucks to see such a wonderful sculpt ruined by lack of quality control. Speaking of the sculpt, Trevor appears to be the only person doing their job right. It's masterful.

So.....next time....can we get the Sideshow guys an Indiana Jones paint-by-numbers book beforehand? Four films must not have been enough research material.

Any picture of it? GREEN? wth...boy..I think i better cancel mine....darn.

Um, as you know there's a whole thread of pictures (and raves about the piece). Why would you let one bad review make you cancel?

There is a slight green tinge to the jacket, but it's brown more than anything.

ok....i'll keep it. Maybe his was out in the sun too much...

Say what you have to say but don't blame others if you're not willing to do so. Saying stupid stuff like this just pisses people off.

You guys had me second-guessing myself there for a second, so thinking it plausible that in my old age I had succumbed to some form of color-blindness I took the statue into direct light and asked my wife (the superior intellect) what color the jacket was.

Survey says---it's definitely green. A dark, rich green.

Here's an unmodified pic. And believe it or not, the pic is actually a little generous.

Thoughts?

It could also be the lighting in your room that is affecting things to some degree. As I say, there is some green in there, but I wouldn't call it green by any means.

I think your big blue wall is making the jacket look green. Try and see what it looks like either in daylight and/or in a room with a neutral color like white or beige.
