Guys, update: No followup response from SSC's yesterday. The customer service rep I have been dealing with may have been out. I will let you all know when I hear something. If they do nothing about it, they'll likely force my hand to escalate the issue. If any of you have issues, hold off on writing them at the moment. It would serve us all better to compile them all together and submit them in one email or letter. So please hold off until I hear back from them.
