Re: 'The Last of Us' - new IP from Naughty Dog
I really hope FOV is standard in the upcoming console generation

You're not alone. I to get a little sick when playing. But iirc there is a way to slow down the aim/camera speed. I did it for TR and this game as well. Been awhile since I've played it so I'm not sure where the option is located. Try check from the main menu screen?
You can only slow down the aiming speed. no controls over the camera speed unfortunately.
Anyway, I just completed the game few minutes ago and it's simply one of the best games I've ever played, even while battling motion sickness 90% of the time.

I didn't have any motion sickness playing it
Glad you liked it Ryan, was it everything we made it out to be?
Oh only aim speed. Well I guess adjusting the aiming speed was good enough for me.
Anyways, glad you got through it. This is one gaming experience I would not forget. Even if we both felt a lil' sick during gameplay, lol.
Hell yeah, though I can't comprehend why the ending was controversial though. Here's why:
Some say it was a bad ending, others say it's perfect. If you put yourself in Joel's shoes you can understand why he had to get Ellie out of the hospital, not just because he lost his daughter and Tess. He's been nothing more than a survivor for 20 years, and empty shell of a man and had forgotten what's it like to be a compassionate human being again. Ellie represents everything he could hope for in his miserable life and I don't blame him one bit for lying to her at the end. Joel is an exact replica of Will Smith's character in I am Legend, only blessed with a much more positive fate. With all the hype of the ending I thought one of them died or something.
Anyway, definitely on of, if not the best game this gen.
Yeah, it got so bad for me that I had to rub my eyes constantly and even relied solely on the surround sound to identify all threats! Like I said the surround sound in this game is AMAZING.
This game has shown us, **** humanity. Humans killed his daughter. Not going to let them take Ellie too.
Humanity have been killing each other for far longer and in worse ways than these infected ever have.

Of course a bunch of GTA fan boys will tell you differently. You're not getting emotional attachment to anyone in GTA, ever.
The Stalkers are definitely the most unnerving.
I hate when I'm hiding and one just goes "BLEGAAAH!"
I always panic thinking, "did he see me did he see me?!"
You could of jumped right into Survivor mode since all the trophies stack.
Is it frustratingly hard? I find normal a bit too easy, maybe because I was so good at stealth.
