I'm apprehensive about even starting it since I've never done it before

There's a Tamiya weathering kit availible. One thing about TLOU is that the characters look really dirty so you pretty much can't deny weathering youR Joel.

I will I will! I may add dirty and mud effects to his boots. And maybe a few blood spatter stains to his clothing. Just not sure how to approach it. I want to plan ahead of the look I'd want.

Good luck with the pain in the *** journey trophies.

@matt Yeah it can suck but just pay attention to the missions. If you have 100% at risk, be sure to use an easier mission at that time, like healing, downs, downs with bombs and marking. All very, very easy. Just be sure you put on the current loadout for healing.

I always do the healing mission for 100% risk since I can finish it out in 1 day usually. And thanks!

I just ran through the section with Sam. Molotovs came in very handy for the final room...

I have a bad habbit of having to kill everyone in a section if I've been detected.

If the graphic visuals are better, then maybe...

Depending on the price, if I can justify it...

If not, then just start up the PS3 and play it on that.

I'm assuming there will be some kind of visual upgrades, but I'm not sure if the actual experience is going to improve just from shinier graphics.

So, I wouldn't pick it up, don't see the point.

What did you all do at the ending scene when saving Ellie from the surgery table?

A) Knife the Surgeon and let the other two live?

B) Shoot the Surgeon and shot the other two?

C) Knife / shoot the Surgeon punch up the other two?

D) Or add in what you did at the end...

Either way you have to dispose of the Surgeon holding the scalpel...

I have done all three and doesn't change the outcome...

Just depends on how humane / inhumane / ******ing pissed off you are by the end and just want you and Ellie to get the hell out of there!

If they bump the framerate to 60 then yes I would! The framerate of the PS3 version was impressive despite being on an aging hardware, despite dipping to 20+ occasionally.

I did (B). Twice. I fired a shotgun to their faces and wasn't satisfied so I restarted and did it again, even if I had to redo the checkpoint again. I have issues, I know.

Yeah, its tough....I ended up wasting most guards on survivor; pretty religious about conserving ammo so I went in prepared

Are the enemies much smarted in Survivor? My only gripe on Normal is that they loose track of you really easily by you just jumping over stuff. I did that a lot in the hospital.

I used the Shotgun too, when doing the (B) option!

Some people on other forums talked about this and they use the Flamethrower!

It's that anger and aggression that gets to you when saving Ellie!

ALl you have to do is get a way not to be spotted by the 1st 4 guards on the right route.. gettign pass the remaining ones will be easy all you have to pay attention to is the guy running around at the middle

Ah the checkpoint. After doing that so many times, even on Survivor it isn't all that difficult to clear the entire outside and building without being spotted or firing a shot.

Finished my El Diablo custom Revolver. Took a pic of all his equipment thus far, I just need a Hunting Rifle and I'm done.
