I watched this weekly when first released and thought it was very average. Watching it again for the second time and I am really struggling to finish episodes. I can?t stand the Mandolorian character and his dubbed voice. I also can?t get past that he has to wear that helmet at all times even when he is all by himself. **** take it off man nobody is around!!!!! The more you see Mando the less cool the Mandolorian look becomes. I also can?t get past that everyone is now looking for him and there he goes walking up and down the streets with this bright shiny helmet and armour for the entire town to see and make a call. Best character was IG 11.

This made me laugh.

Myself, this show gives me life. Am waiting for the 'net to crash with the first Season 2 trailer. All our hopes rest with one tiny green baby.

This is an EXCELLENT thought.



They should just pack up the 15 statues and give to Favreau and Filoni, who gave the world hope and single-handedly saved Disney stockholders.

I think Better Call Saul or Ozark will win it though.

And Giancarlo Esposito two nominations for two different characters. Hope he wins both.

You know I was right there with everyone singing Mando's praises when the first season aired but interestingly enough it's the live-action Star Wars that I have revisited the least in the time since. I'm looking forward to Season 2 but I can't say that I'm particularly "excited" about the show anymore.

Honestly those 30minute episodes do not have good replay value they are too ****ing short and most of them end on a cliff hanger. I'd blame the 30minutes episode structure more so then the show itself. Watch two at a time they are much better that way. 30min is too short for any quality TV show- its not the ****ing big bang theory. At minimum each show without commercials should be atleast 45 minutes, 30 minutes is not enough time to really get anything worthwhile done. But again, If you watch 2 at time its way better just like the clone wars. Mando and clone war espisodes are over before you know it and your always left thinking like **** is that it, but then you watch the 2nd episode and together both espisode flush out a complete story and its typically much better. The whole is greater then the sum of its massively split up parts

But we all know the history behind the episode length for Mando anyway. The only time I *&^% up was episode 7 which horrible to wait for #8 but well worth it.
Bein' a diehard fan - well, yeah, I want more - but I can wait for the uber-box set with deleted scenes. Also nobody knew the show would be wildly successful - so there wasn't any point way back for Favreau to change his original show concepts.

Not sure there is now; trying to please ALL fans just seems to lead to the Dark Side.

Well, everyone is working from home which may slow things. Also with the interest probably falling over themselves to make it perfect. Suspect August right when my Disney + year subscription runs out and Disney can boost the cost, the b@st@rds. Not like they have even fixed the buggy Firestick app yet or anything.
