Darth Maul got noticeably THICC and ugly between Episode I and Solo too. Maybe this is Fett. We’ll know when he speaks.
Hell, I remember all those Darth Maul fan films in the early 2000s too. Always took place in a desert setting with him fighting Power Ranger aliens.
Didn't anyone else see the Celebration footage? His voice is Pedro Pascal's not Temuera Morrison and Favreau it's not Boba Fett this week.
He speaks in the Celebration footage. He doesn't sound like Wingreen or Morrison but it's still cool. They could always go the voice changing helmet route a la Vader and Boushh if they need an in-universe explanation (for him being the same guy that is.)
No plastic surgery in Star Wars land? Maybe its a bionic head like Luke's hand? Maybe its just re-casting, you know, like Ewan McGregor.

True but director's and producers have lied in the past. Star Trek into Darkness with Cumberbatch playing Khan and they said he wasn't Khan. I hope it's not Fett but we will see. I want some new character's and no preconceived notions about their actions. It would be nice to watch the story unfold and have no idea how it will play out. Plus Fett did scream like a little ***** when taken out by that blind fellow.

Is Pedro Pascal playing the Mandalorian? If so, how can he be Boba Fett when he looks nothing like the guy from the prequels?
Yeah I mean obviously they must know that people are going to publicly ask him to state point blank whether it's Fett or not and you either say yes and spoil the entire series (potentially) or you lie. Even if he said something coy like "I can neither confirm nor deny" then that's basically a yes and the surprise would still be mostly spoiled as well.
I'm not saying that I know what Favreau means only that if it *is* Fett I'm sure he'd be telling us that he isn't since the entire series including the title obviously wants to preserve the mystery for now.
Prequels? You mean RO and Solo? Fett wasn't in those, in fact he hasn't been seen on screen since ROTJ...
