They won't want it before long either as Disney pursues any course that acknowledges the ST.

The ST, bringing the OT and PT generations together at last - in joint hatred* of Star Wars :lol

*or at least apathy and indifference.
Well the Acolyte will definitely be giving us more PT since all of the Sith infiltration drama will directly impact the creation of the PT.

She could have fit if they just mad her a background alien or something.
Bad acting is bad acting. No matter the alien race.

That stupid love story between aliens is a great example of bad acting not be saved by Alien masks :lol
Jack Black would have been fine had they not made him the Jack Black stereotype, he can actually act and has range but it’s very rarely ever utilised by the writers and directors.
I’ve yet to see it. I hated him in the Kong remake. He played it pretty straight there. He Jack Black, he should stick to comedy and goofy music lol

I don't think any of us would complain if any of the cameos were as well-handed as that scene was.

That's the kind of storytelling and acting and unexpected stuff we need more of.

That was back when this show had teeth, and occasionally showed them.

Now we got Force-flipping Grogu. You guys, Im so mad about this. Almost as mad as I was about Fett and what was done to him.

So presumably all you geezers saying that they’re done with show won’t be back here next week for a moan? 🤔
Oh, there will be moaning. You can count on that. It's the only fun thing left to do with this joke of a season 😎

Jack Black
Lizzo
Flea
Kumail Nanjiani
Christopher Lloyd
Amy Sedaris
And yes even Bill Burr

I’m sure I’m missing one or two

Please stop putting in Pop Culture cameos that take me out of the shows and make me feel like I’m watching the Star Wars Holiday Special.

Who asked for any of this??
I agree. Bill Burr was good though...

I don’t care how well written the show is, Jack Black and Lizzo will never fit in.

While they are at it, keep Bobcat Goldthwait and Wanda Sykes out of the SW Universe also :lol
I could easily picture Goldthwait as a whiny Hutt. Just saying

I can't remember the last Mando I watched -- I think the one with that weird doctor who got set-up. That episode sucked. You mean things got worse?

I ain't mad.

Star Wars is but a dung heap, and I the cock that sits atop it and crows! :lecture

Sweet Jesus shield this man, shield him from the horrors to come. Protect his innocence, for he just does -not- know.

And lucky him.

No it picked up after that abomination, my kids reckon I only swore at the TV 74 times during the most recent episode. The ticket collector was really intimidating in the episode eh. Can’t wait to learn the fate of the 3 baby dragons too.

If they're going to bring back Rey then on one hand I'm glad they're doing it while Daisy is still in her prime but giving her movie to the Ms. Marvel director puts me firmly in the "KK doubling down on stupid" camp.
But, isn't she out after Indy 5 releases. That's what all the You Tubers are saying. Granted they been saying she's gone for years now, so maybe this one will finally stick and they can be right.

Leaving your audience wanting more is probably the most powerful reaction you can leave an audience member with when you look at these long running franchises.

I agree with you, it's always best to have a good ending in mind before starting. However sometimes the fans wanting more are so loud and the studios think there is money on the table to be had, so thing bring a franchise back to cash in.

Personally I sometimes think a end is good enough for me to jump off the train and feel fufilled. Avengers Endgame, and Mando season 2 were both that way for me, both endings were satisfying, and I felt no need to see more.

I think people have been saying that KK will be kicked out of Lucasfilm since Temple of Doom. I wouldn't hold my breath, lol.

The Acolyte seems like the main female will be a Jedi, Ahsoka's show is basically the girls team from Rebels, Rey is gonna continue from the ST.

Any guesses what gender Kathleen will make the first Jedi in the James Mangold movie? KK ain't going anywhere:lol
