Hmm . . .so DQ makes the 5th, and there's only supposedly 6 in the whole line?

Ms. Alli . . .do you know right now what the plans are for all the other sketches that Adam created that were shot down for one reason or another? I'm really curious which ones didnt make the cut! If anything it would certainly make a great pictorial book! Dibs on being the first to have Adam sign it! I'm sure all of them are awesome in their own rights, and we'll all be scratching our heads as to why they never saw the light of day!

Here's a post DS made in another thread, certainly seems like there will be more than 6 made, I know I hope so anyway :rock

Hey all;

I know I've addressed this other places, but I'll post here too.

Adam is a pretty popular guy. He isn't responsible solely for designing this line of statues; this is something he has to juggle with his obligations to DC Comics (namely, All Star Wonder Woman). So one hold up is that, even in the best of circumstance, Adam simply isn't fast at what he does. And really; the time he puts into these designs is what makes them so darn desirable.

The second hold up is that like Adam, the sculptors working on these also have other obligations to keep up. In this economy, very few artistic types do just one job at a time. We all have to juggle to be able to make ends meet. And Adam's current partner in crime on this series is an amazingly talented guy, so very much in demand.

Please believe me when I tell you they are coming. There are actually more than one of the AH! designed statues in production as we speak, and several more at the concept stage. Considering this line was initially launched with the idea of it only being 6 statues, and we've already gotten to the fourth, I think that there are several more in production is good news, don't you?

okay; can I just say how much I love it when my posts not only get read, but when you guys cross post for me? I really do love it. Alot.:banana

Oddly enough, Adam drew this recently as a fan request, on a sketch card. So it just goes to show, there is a fan out there for everything.

See, that's the Ms. Marvel I'm talking about! But it should be even further out of the box and use the '70s hairstyle -

I for one am excited about this piece, will order for sure.

I want a Ms. Marvel, but I don't know if I like that 70's outfit as much mostly just because I'm used to her modern look. But I just might buy it anyways.
