Loving the Myers posted from DarthMagnus, Ron and Psycho, Great job guys. :yess:

Yep Ron having the Jungle boots is great for Myers and like yourself I have all my Myers on a pair of those not the (HT Platoon ones but very similar), something so hidden but it really adds to the originality I feel. Off to watch your vid on the coveralls. Really interested to see them as your pics and the pics from DarthMagnus has really shown them off well but it will be better to see them in the video.

Oh on a side note just my two cents but these Myers figures at 1/6 are just like the real life counterpart, it all comes to individual I reckon.

Oh fair enough, dumb question. :slap

Will you will be using a TTM advanced body, since he was quite big in H6?

I'm not found of the bigger build so i'm gonna be going with the slimer build as seen at the end of H6....

Just finished watching the vid Ron and I agree with you buddy, I really like your attitude when it comes to Myers and Myers figures.

H2 coveralls were definitely Spruce Green my only issue with the coveralls on your figure is they seem a tad too light for me. Olivewood was the original colour of the coveralls and like yourself I also as a youngster thought they where blue and as I got older I thought they looked more green although unlike yourself I have never seen them as a greyish colour but like you say each to their own. :lol Again it is all personal taste.

Bottom line is that is one fantastic Myers you have buddy. I would really like to see them coveralls weathered, have you got the 'itch' to weather them up yet Ron?

Wow I was unaware, that more than one person played Myers for H6. Is this the case for every Myers film?

No...
H1 - Nick Castle,Tommy lee Wallace,Debra Hill,Jim Wiburn
H2 **** Warlock
H4 was Wilbur and tom morga(the begining up until the gas station scenes0
H5 Donald Shanks
H6 Wilbur and Learner
H20 Chris Durand
H8 Brand Loree

Are they being hand made in some remote village? LOL, they're taking a while huh?

Tinela was suppose to be doing them as I had them comissioned way back in January and she told me they would be done in early April. Early April comes and goes tells me early May. May comes and goes tells me early June... Enough is enough so I having the girl who did Sean Debbs Catwoman suit to do them...

Never asked you Psycho but where did your love of H6 come from? To me it was Myers best look since H2 but the whole Thorn storyline really pissed me off. It is so far removed from everything John Carpenter's Michael was all about that it's unreal.

Is it the movie you like pal or just Myers look from the movie?

Thanks man and if you look at the day scenes from the first film (and not the color enhanced DVD versions), you will see how accurate these coveralls are. What I also noticed is that as the light changes in my house, I see the same eye tricks occur with them. Sometimes they look blue or green depending on the room. It truly is a phenomenon. :lol I don't think I can bring myself to weather or alter these. I love how they look as is and the coveralls weren't as dirty in the original anyway. Don't get me wrong, they definitely were not spot clean either and you can see noticeable weathering going on in the movie on those coveralls in certain scenes, but I just can't mess with these.

I was saying that to my brother that your Yunsil's coveralls reminded me so much of the closet scene form the old VHS days. Bottom line Ron is us Myers fans have that much options now that more or less everyone should be pleased.

Damn it Ron, I thought you would have been all over them in regards to weathering them up but I totally understand. I used to love the clean look but now I really like them dirty and oily, I had a pic of Myers coveralls all oily and weathered at the knees wrists and on the back but I can't find it now, but that is the way I got my latest coveralls to look like. Just like everything else Myers it's all down to what you like and what you see and hey that aint no bad thing.

Just a couple of pics to show this is the colour I always associate with Myers '78 (I know lighting and day/night scenes change a lot but this to me is the look) -

Hey man, Ok see that last pic where he is grapping Tommy? Whether it comes off different or not, that is the color of Yunsil's coveralls in person. Again, shading, sunlight, blah blah blah....:lol alters the color on film and photos. Also in the original print, Carpenter did purposely put a tint on the film to make it look more gloomy and like fall. So again, the debate goes on and on.

I may change my mind at some point, but with the price we paid for these coveralls, I don't want to put a mark on them to be honest. :lol
