They know there was something, they might have photogrphic/video proof of the Aliens, they have physical proof of the Predators.

But they know nothing about the creatures themselves, except they kill people, and they're extremely ugly.

they are heaps smart, there technology is one way of proving it, space travel, plasma technology, invisibility, and all the gadgets like cleaner kits and bio helmets

if the director makes there hunting methods look un-intellegent thats Human error. an imperfect creator cant create something perfect with out refecting there faults in there work

Uhhh, no, the books didn't go with that theory.

Though a lot of the Alien fans on AVP Galaxy like to use that theory when someone brings up how much more technologically advanced Predators are to Aliens.

Yeah, but the books never followed that they stole their technology, may have been suggested, but she was an outsider to their culture, I'm sure they didn't sit her down with a, "Yautja For Dummies" book and she learned that 20 thousand years ago some ******* crash landed on their rock of a planet and they took their tech.

The comics also SUGGESTED that they may have originated from Earth too.
