No. I'm an idiot. I apologise. I got confused, which is happening more often these days. Wrong figure and wrong thread. I suck. :banghead

Damn near gave me a heart attack there, Creech! I've been watching ABC pretty regularly lately but haven't seen the Blade Hunter turn up there for a while now. Did manage to win a Kamui shinobi figure for quite a bit less than the BIN price, tho! :D

A couple of other HK dealers are offering Blade Hunters for $230 BIN. With the shipping added it totals at around $250. Tempting, but I'm really only interested in the costume.

If you do happen to find one for a more reasonable price, by all means give us a holler, and thanks for trying anyway!

wow. It´s incredible in a few time this figure increase it value. Mine costs $169 including shipping costs. I did right with the preorder a few months ago:monkey3 buf:

Again, sorry for the misinformation. Congrats on scoring yourself a good deal on the Kamui Shinobi figure. That's what makes collecting exciting.

I'm not likely to find a better deal that what ABC might advertise. As I said, ABC regularly turns up a sold out item, so keep your eyes open. The trouble is ABC are a pretty popular site so you'll have to fight for your prize should one turn up.

At least with ABC they advertise that once their pre-order period is over, that their prices will rise. On most occasions they don't put them up, once a figure is on the market, so you could feel ripped that you pre-ordered, as the incentive to pre-order has been diminished. The market changes, so do the sales techniques. I wouldn't call it scalping. If they held back their stock and sold it under a different ebay name then I might agree. It's not as if any of us would ever buy a figure and, later, sell it for more than it cost us.

No worries about the misinformation. At this point, I'm not holding out much hope for a Blade Hunter from ABC, but I'll keep checking back, just in case any happen to turn up.

Thanks about the Kamui figure. I really expected some competition for that one, but surprisingly got it for pretty cheap. I don't suppose ABC was too happy about it, though... :monkey4

I like ABC, especially for the limited production Asian figures they offer from time to time, the kind that aren't offered by any of the usual sources I buy from. Shipping can be a little steep for me (HK is only 4 hours away by air), but with their no-reserve auctions I can sometimes snag a deal, which does tend to make up for it. If the shipping was a little cheaper I'd probably buy from them with BIN more often.

Newest Off-World MFG Blaster will be out later this month and I'm lucky enough to have gotten one early.

I've now owned there original model, the Hero version, and this, the 2019-C series.

This is their best yet, and with some proper weathering, could look very SA.

At 45secs you can see Rorschach in the background. :lol

Where can an interested party pick one of those up? And for how much?

This store has offered numerous versions of the 2019 Blaster in the past. I got one of the last edition Offworld blasters from them for $200 + shipping. They don't appear to have this newer edition listed yet, but I'd say chances are good they will have them up before long.

I also got one of the last series. I thought it was a little funny that they emailed me about the new one since I don't plan to be buying every minor update that they come out with, but whatever. They don't say what it is that they've improved, but assuming it's like the old one I'd say it's an okay budget version for someone who just wants a Blade Runner blaster and doesn't want to spend a lot.

Thanks guys, I got the flu last night pretty bad so I'm riding it out, will try to come back and post more/answer questions a bit later.
