My best was 46 and 1, I called in a nuke that game. 
I think I;ll be playing hardcore from now on I'm tired of unloading entire clips and the enemy just knifing me or killing me.

Has anyone else noticed some odd behavior in the 360 version in the past two days such as the M16 suddenly seeming underpowered or Javelins detonating and killing the user for no apparent reason? (i.e. - I'm firing it in open air, it launches away from me, and then suddenly explodes and kills me)

I got the akimbo rangers last night. I think I might be in for some payback for all the times I got splatted with them in the past.

Oh man, I can't believe that I just managed to beat the "Wardriving" spec-ops on solo, veteran mode. If anyone's still working on the spec-ops missions, don't go solo on "Wardriving", get a buddy (you'll save yourself a lot of time and energy)!

killed whole team with one javelin missile
I was lucky to do this once in Quarry. We started down at the bottom of the map on the far side. I set up the Javelin to hit the top of the ramp. Direct hit!
I love the sniper rifles & sub machine guns in this game. Not a fan of the assault rifles though like 98% of the players are.
I got a nuke using the Intervention. I also only play hard-core mode on my PS3.

Just had a match where called in my first nuke!
Did it on wasteland using Barrett .50 cal with thermal scope and FMJ, M9 with tactical knife and FMJ. Tactical insertion and stun, sling Pro, stopping power pro and steady aim pro. Killstreak rewards were the harrier, chopper gunner and nuke (obviously).
Got my longest killstreak of 25-0. Rather annoyingly though, the bloody game cut out or i lost server connection or something *JUST* before the nuke went off. So my kill streak stopped at 25 rather than going to 31. I'm not very good at this game and its rare that I get a decent killstreak going. But still a nuke!

No unfortunatly. Its been becoming more frequent this past week. Don't know if its to do with my connection or what. Gets teedious and annoying. My stats still register that I set off the nuke, so atleast thats a plus.

Sometimes I wish it would just drop, I've gotten stuck a handful of times on that screen and had to reset because I sat there for almost 5 minutes waiting for some host to reconnect to some game that had like 3 minutes let. The worst is when the connection is bad all game and like the last minute it migrates...
Same here. The M82A1 (with heartbeat sensor and silencer), is my favorite weapon to use in the game.
Its a sniper rifle.
No idea but I know a M82 is a Sniper Rifle.
It just dawned on me that they call the M82 the Barret .50 CAL in the game.
