I grabbed one incase it sold out fast someone who missed out is more than welcomed to it. Figured since I was home and could grab one I would for a fellow member who might have had to miss out. So if you or someone you know missed out they can have mine.

I got my Bespin Solo Exclusive about 20 minutes after the hour, but it took me 10 minutes to load the page. This was the worst ordering experience I have had so far with the "streamlined ordering". the server was getting hit very hard!

Glad I have mine though. I have been pretty unlucky getting the exclusives. I missed out on Kit Fisto and Obi-wan exclusives.

Why can't these pre-orders be on a weekend when most of the world has off from work. It is extremely difficult to order when you work for a living.

I'd imagine the vader and fett exclusives will be at least 2000, probably more.

I believe this has been addressed a few times, but it's because our full Customer Service/Sales/Web Teams need to be in-house for these orders - we have to more than double the number of people answering phones during this process, plus we must do it on a day that our server people are at work, just in case something nasty happens with the servers. So it must happen during the work week, during business hours, or there would be no one around to answer phones, trouble-shoot problems, etc.

Yeah, unfortunately it's the only way to do it... I understand how people feel, but that's just the way things are...

I'm just lucky I work in a realaxed office environment and can do this at work if I have to... I make it work...

Dusty or Chris, you might be able to help me here. When I was trying to order Han, I logged in and was given the choice between regular and exclusive. Clicking the exclusive link brought me to a page that would not load. It didn't time out--it just immediately refused to even try to load. It just said "Done" and said that the page was not available. What should I do in this situation? Do I refresh? Start over? Let me know how to handle this kind of error. I never know whether to refresh or navigate back a page or two. (Neither worked when I tried, but I would like to know which one gives me my best chance of success.)

I'm with you on this, Daveyjaro. It seems like I'm on the waiting list for everything at Sideshow these days. We'll see how well the waiting lists work on the Star Wars 12" exclusives.

I like the fact that sideshow at least tells us when (Day and time) the preorders begin. Not many companys do that.

Now The Mace is going on sale on a monday and that's our busy day at work and there is no internet access there. Should I try to call that order in????

Welp, I'm no longer in the 4 for 4 club but in the four out of five club. I messed up and didn't get in on time for Han. Ah well. I did put myself on the wait list so maybe it will work out for me to get the exclusive. Or not. I'd like it but I'm not feeling suicidal about maybe not.
I did get exclusive Angel this morning and he's pretty darned cool too. Not such a bad day.

They can take their time. That's around the same time my two Hulk dioramas are coming.

I order by phone so I don't have an online account. So they canceled my order for the Exclusive. I though you just had to have an account to priority pre-order not an online account. Now I have to confirm if I want the regular version or not.

I was *ahem* "busy" with my girlfriend and afterwards I noticed the time. It was 12:07 CST. So, I had forgotten all about Han 'ol buddy and was 7 minutes late to the party... ...So, after seeing the page time out a few times, I let the pages load and once I got to the product page it was smooth sailing.
