Beautiful skin tone! Lots of mottling without it looking too painterly.

Just grabbed a Sideshow Oz body from Toy Anxiety for my inevitable Charlie bash... Now it's just a matter of what head to use.

I don't think the 3 of us is enough interest for Eric Sosa to do a variation of his Merry sculpt. Since he said he doesn't plan on doing a bald version and the Merry hair will hang over his face I might be going the Ada route.

I've been having a hard time finding a shirt I like for Jack though. I decided to try out an Aragorn shirt that I'll (hopefully be able to) dye blue.

It's the closest I could find to this one.

That looks do-able to me. My Jack is not screen accurate, either. I cut the arms off a Royce shirt. I just love that shirt and wanted to use it for something. Jack does wear a button-front shirt with the sleeves cut off but the Royce shirt is closer in color to the pic you posted.
For some reason the v-neck that came with Barney Ross looked Jack-esque to me.
I also picked up one of these, https://www.toyanxiety.com/platoonsgtbarnes-undershirt.aspx but I don't know who or what it's going on. Sometimes it's better to just grab something if it catches you eye.

A WIP. Trying out some skin tone techniques on the Locke sculpt. C&C welcomed.

The skintone is awesome, I can actually see his sunspots. Looking forward to the full paint up.

I figure I glue down the collar corners and maybe a few dollops of glue that will be painted to look like buttons and VOILA!

That's if it's dyeable. I have no clue what fabric it is. It looks a little shiny so I'm hoping it's not polyester.

I'm always surprised by his real life accent. I've seen multiple interviews but it throws me every time.

AND I'm still not used to Christian Bale's accent. He messed me up using his American accent for the Batman press junkets.

Sorry beeshaw, I'm neck deep in other projects at the moment. No time, money, or energy to jump into another. Hell even my Ben head is just sitting here. Can't even start to work on finishing him up yet.

Thanks Beeshaw, Yonose & tbay. I still have lots to learn/practice to reach even Headplay's mass production standards.

Put in about an hour's work earlier to even out the "spots", trying to achieve a more uniform tone.
