Les that (those) Robin(s) is(are) awesome! I'm not a Robin fan by any means. In fact I hate him (I prefer Batman to be a loner), but you made a great Robin(s)! I figured that is what your tease was! Lets see if I am right about the second figure!

Yeah, I am loving Joe's! That is amazing. I still don't understand your Ape thing, but I love your figures and the time and detail you put into them. I can only see you as some Ape guy you know. Great job!

And Munch, your half done TwoFace is awesome bro! Can't wait to see him done! Hang in there and post more pics when you do get him finished!

Thanks about the Robin(s). I wasn't trying to cheat the show one in, but he was made at the same time, so I had to post them together, sorta....

Brant!! Dude... Two Face looks AMAZING. I so wish you would have gotten your suit in on time, I hope you get it soon because I cannot wait to see him finished. The detail you put into him and all of your hard work it shows. That eye is perfect, exactly as it should be.

And that tie works, it will look stunning with the other half of the suit added.

Thanks GB. I really didn't want to reveal him till he was completley done, but I just don't see it happening for quite a while, plus I had to have something tonight since my other two are just waiting for those last bits of clothing to arrive!

Thanks Les and Josh... he was a fun figure to do. But, man faux fur is a serious pain in the ass. I had to cut it, trim it and I've been sweeping up strands of it since it sheds worse than my cats But, I love how it looks on the figure.

Thanks Josh! You and Les were both a big help in it. Couldn't have done it without you guys. This was really my first attempt at Sculpting AND painting and I feel I did very well for my first attempt.

Actually the suits coming in aren't for him just yet. It was either complete him with it or two other figures with it, so the other two are the ones I picked.

Should I post some teasers of those two in this thread or the other?

I just want to say how much I LOVE our figure challenges. The fun I have from it and how it pushes my art forward each time we do it... not to mention the huge influx of artistry that hits when we do it... it's really amazing.

Kudos to all you guys for coming in here and making this challenge great.

I just want to say how much I LOVE our figure challenges. The fun I have from it and how it pushes my art forward each time we do it... not to mention the huge influx of artistry that hits when we do it... it's really amazing.

Dude, do I ever feel your pain. The Myers heads use faux fur... and that stuff gets everywhere and sucks to use sometimes... but it looks nice.

Awesome work guys. This if the first Challenge I've seen but now I'm going to have to check out the older ones.

So inspiring. Makes me want to start a new bash right now.

Hate picking faves but I'm really digging the Scarcrow... I'm a horror freak in general so the jack o' lantern and overall scary look really appeal to me.

Les, Robin is really great to see as well. Makes me remember how much I really do love that character. I know he doesn't really fit in the current Bat-films but it makes me want to read Dark Victory again.

Can't wait to see more.

Where's that '39 Two Face, Les?

They are all gorgeous, but I'm partial to Monkian. Cool, unexpected character choice. I love the fur!

And that Freeze is fantastic. I love the real world, military approach.

Great job again gang! I missed the first 3 challenges, hopefully will throw my hat into the ring for the 4th.

I'm going to post these here since they are just teasers of my other two figures that are 90% done and just waiting for parts. Both are Batman characters, the first quite obvious but the second isn't as well known. I think many people might want a casting of the second figure's head not because of the character, but because it would be EXTREMELY useful in other customs.

Harvey Dent/Two-Face 1939

Hello Batman....

TIME TO PLAY!

Harvey Dent/Two Face

I had the head on hand. A Dragon German guy with his mouth half open and I liked his period haircut. Even the part was perfect for what I wanted to do.

The body is standard Dragon with gloved hands.

The hat is a repainted SS Phantom hat.

The tommy gun is an old 21st Century one I had in my fodder box.

The suit and shoes, are from a 13" Snoop Dog figure, already divided into two colors. So, I went with the yellow tinted scabrous look for my 1939 face. I added all the buttons and painted them according to what side they were on, yellow and black etc.

The head was dremelled with a router bit, and mauled up as much as I dared. I wanted the style to be an acid burned guy, but more real than the later more exposed one, like in the new movie. Just a nasty burned face, with jagged scarring all around it.

The rest is just paint indulgence. Let my imagination go, and just went with it. Had a blast.
The coin I added by making it from Sculpey. It is scarred side up! Not a good day to be around!

Les that Two-Face of yours is amazing! I love the Dick Tracey look you gave him with the yellow half of the suit. Absolutely amazing! I love it!
