I'd love more but that's just because I'm greedy. I do still expect a gift set to come out and don't recall if they announced them with LOTR or not.

Re: The Official "The Hobbit: An Unexpected Journey" movie thread *SPOILERS*

I thought An Unexpected Journey dragged enough in certain scenes. I think 12 more minutes is more than enough.

The cover art is cool. I would have preferred though that they went with the same thing as The Lord of the Rings EE.

Re: The Official "The Hobbit: An Unexpected Journey" movie thread *SPOILERS*

I wonder if they'd ever release an Uber-Box Set with The Hobbit EEs and The Lord of the Rings EEs on Blu?

I would t be shocked it after the last movie comes out if they did this.

Excellent! I'll be getting the 3D EE.

My parents had to get a new tv with 3D glasses. We watched Cap the other day and it was cool. Before that we put The Hobbit in to see how it looked and it was awesome. Ill get the 3D version of the EE as well to watch it that way from time to time.

These are going to be great. They're made by the same team that did the lotr appendices. So we should be in for a treat.

Re: The Official "The Hobbit: An Unexpected Journey" movie thread *SPOILERS*

Hopefully most of that 13 minutes isnt added to the Dwarf Dinner scene.

Anybody have info on what scenes have been added or extended? Other than the Elrond/BIlbo scene at Rivendell, that is.

My family and I love watching 3D movies. I started buying them last year knowing I would be buying the 3D TV this year. When I finally bought my TV, I had about 40 3D movies ready to go. :yess:
