Predator 2 is one of my all time favorite movies. And I DID see predator 1 first.

Predator 2 is a perfect 90s capsule movie. It is a wonderful 90s action movie full of great characters and great action.

I love that the movie had a lot of latino actors and i love that they went so over the top with the gangs and the violence. Even if you take out the predator from the movie you still have a fun awesome violent movie with a great cast

Fun fact: Predator 2 was set in 1997 and a theme of the movie was the crazy heat which of course they tied in with the Predator's tendency to be attracted to heat and conflict. The filmmakers figured that with global warming that that's really what LA might be like 7 years out. But then when 1997 actually came around in real life it turned out to be a cooler than average year.

Maybe they were off by a couple of decades, but it sure is hotter now and some parts of the world are having droughts. If the pred wanted to hunt today he would probably pick florida lol . Theres always violence going on in miami and it has bately rained. Temperatures of 105 degrees.
So, they kind of were right

People hate AVP but neca sells out of AVP figures...
People hate AVPR but the predalien costs like 200 bucks now...predators toys and statues are hard to find. predator merch is always on demand and sells out quickly yet people claim they only love the first movie.....wtf

You just know this movie is going to have toys and statues that everyone is going to go crazy buying.... EVEN if the preds have cargo pants

I like P1 better but MY NICCA, P2 is criminally underrated.

Pertaining to what I said about Predator 2 (this isn't a direct response to anyone), I've only seen it twice - about six years ago. I certainly don't hate P2, I just don't care for it. I prefer the Alien films over the Predator films, so AVP1 sort of has an unfair advantage (for me).

I'll watch P2 again sometime soon just to be able to pass fair judgement.
