Forget a trilogy. Just give us one solid Predator movie. If we get that then the wait will be worth it.

If they're seriously thinking trilogy despite what happened twice now with Terminator...

It would be a neat change of pace if they established that the Predators need a fully-enclosed suit to hunt in cold climates. Would also breathe some new life into the series visually, a Predator covered head-to-toe in armour.

I think a modern day predator film would be interesting with all of the drones, surveillance cameras, and selfies going on some **** is bound to happen. Predators are drawn to conflict, and with all of the wars and drug violence happening it would be a paradise.

I could see a story being told by a villlage elder of a solitary Predators hunts throughout different time periods, the young men listening would then have to face the Predator in a mutual exchange/rite of passage. Thoughts?

I actually didn't mind the 2010 film - an unconvincingly gritty Brody channeling Bale-man aside.

They do need to get back to basics though really; **** off all the fluff & tribute associated misfires, & just focus on a solid action horror with great pacing & an engaging story.

I'm glad P2 gets more love these days, because that's about the best thing we've gotten since P1 - & that's across ALL media.

I love P2, I never understood the hate for it. It's different, sure, but it doesn't exude a bad fanfic vibe like Predators.
