The Punisher custom

After losing an entire weeks worth of painting work, here is Amnur's fantastic Frank Castle, AKA, the Punisher.

I stumbled on a few new techniques, so again, I'm glad for happy accidents. I am really pleased with the results on this one. I am however finally walking away from Frank. I'm not gonna remake the damn vest. My 5 year old niece said this to me after asking her if it looked perfect yet. "what is more important, painting things perfect or life?"

Well, they say from the mouths of babes. I've got a lot going on right now, mostly great things involving great people. Life really is beautiful.

Anyway, back to Frank. Thanks Amnur, & again, sorry it took so long to get it done.

Thank you. I just try to continually improve on my work. Honestly, it's about 85% research.

Been showing my niece how I paint & she (Knuckleniece) is doing some amazing work. It seems like when I work on a piece with her, we both learn more. Love this hobby

I couldn't agree more. I mean this project has been a huge co-operative effort by so many folks. I hold Enterbay, Sideshow & Hot Toys in high regard, so for all of us to get this complete, I think it's a testament to folks that are passionate about this kind of art.

I hope that after all this, HT doesn't decide to make one

Look forward to painting another Amnur piece, also can't wait for his Wolverine. Mad talent. I've got everything ready to do yours up. All set out in sequence for an efficient paint up.

I know you'll do great, man. You won't let down. I will post pics of my vest later today. I did the best I could so if it isn't perfect I aint sweating it.

Okay, here's my vest without the skull painted on it or the shoulder straps. I tried to get the sling accross the vest as accurate as I could but if it isn't perfect I'm not sweating it. I will add the shoulder straps after Knucklefunger paints it.

Looks great, which body is that, I like the proportions on the shoulders.

One think I noticed is that Amnurs sculpt makes the HT body look better. I still need to install Magiccs incredible neck piece yet. It really is dead perfect.

It's actually a did body. I'm not going to keep with that, I'm going to get a true type for it. That was just a sample because I don't have a tt on stand by to use I have to order one.
