I think it happened not only to Cena, but Batista as well at one point.

Orton's shoulder was already hurt prior to that accident at the gym. Wish he would've been more careful. :(

Yea that's the thing, whenever ligaments are just as is... it doesn't even have to be heavy weights in order to get hurt, sometimes it just happens over time. I've popped my bicep on a 20lbs dumbbell after over training like a young idiot I was back in the day.

Hey had 185lbs on there and then SNAP.... out of nowhere, he didn't have a spot... but a worker there at the gym saw it and ran to the phone while some dudes next to the bench he was working at lifting the weights/bar off oh him...

Definite OUCH factor but I've seen it so many times.

What causes this? :panic:

Is it due to the use of performance enhancing drugs weakening structures, a muscular imbalance, bad nutrition, or what?

It truly can be down to genetics, strong/weak muscle fibers, etc...

some others:
overtrained,
malnutrition,
to much weight,
......

I have a client that busted his bicep, but he was a power lifter.

Busting a pec with a 185lb bench press just seems really weird.

sounds damn painful to say the least. imagine your pec rolling up into your armpit! ouch. i'm gonna be more careful too, definitely.

never thought of randy orton as a stone cold replacement until now, karamazov. very interesting comparison! everything fits except that randy orton has that kind of sly, quiet malicious thing going on now, whereas stone cold was always a loud, in your face SOB.

This is the best Warrior vid on the net IMO. When he says "no sleep...no food..." he sounds super sad :lol

Wasn't that clip from back when they were supposed to take on Ric Flair and Razor Ramon at Survivor Series '92? if I recall correctly, Warrior left (for money reasons, supposedly) then they ended up bringing back Mr. Perfect to fill his spot.
