I am so sorry, I was out of the office on 6/15 and didn’t see your email until late yesterday afternoon. By the time I contacted shipping the order had already been packed and it was picked up this morning.

got a reply back from SS they said all the pieces they have in stock suffer from the same prob with the boobs and i would most likely get the same thing if i wanted it replaced so they offered me a 25 dollar discount or full refund....what should i do?

If you can live with it then take the $25 and be done with it. If you can't live with it then I guess you will have to return it.

Is it really that noticeable from the eye or only in pics, I myself would take the $25, I tried to nab mine at the source just in case they could take a quick look but unless it's way damaged I'm keeping my Ex.

In order to better assist you, I pulled a piece from our replacement inventory to compare to the photos of your item. Please know our replacement features the same paint application on the bust. As such, an exchange would not resolve your inquiry.

We would like to extend to you the offer of a $25.00 partial reimbursement to compensate for the flaws to your statue. Alternatively, if you wish to receive a full refund instead please let me know and I will provide instructions for our refund procedure. Please let us know how you wish to proceed within the next five business days or by 6/23/10.

I just emailed back asking if they could send me a pic of the one they pulled from the shelves so i can make an informed decision.

Having now got this in my room no way would i send it back for that little issue it's too bloody nice.

to be honest it was the first thing i noticed when i unwrapped it from the box, from the side or looking at it from a 1\4 view no it's not visible at all but if displayed head on your gonna see it, lets be honest, even with out the buildup in paint that area is gonna be the first thing people will notice anyway

so with this paint application being what it is, it couldn't be in a worse spot!

I agree very nice, if it was a scratch on the cape or base or ANYWHERE else i could have lived with it,but to me this is one of the worst spots to have a paint app issue.
