Ssc finally got back to me. They are going to ship the print with my
next item shipping because it is so delicate. Works for me I guess aslong as I get it at some point.

They did the same with me. I needed a replacement for my Rogue print and they sent it with the following order (black queen I think it was)
Wish I knew more about the SW then I might have orderd this sweet statue. Even ones with the boob paint build up look good overall.

When this type of thing happens do you have to pay for the item to be shipped and do you have to ship the crappy part back to them?
If you ask for a replacement from the EU, they just ask you to destroy the damaged part(s) and provide pics. I think they are doing the same for the US lately

All I asked them to ship was a new torso (cleavage paint) and a new cape, terrible job at "staying in the lines"
Hopefully they approve my pics and replace what I need.
If they are just sending you one or two pieces do they do custom cut styrofoam blocks for those parts or how do they package them up?

They sent mine with those custom foam inserts, y' know the kind that are kind of liquidy in a plastic bag and expand to the shape of the box and then harden. They also wrapped it in that foam cushiony paper all their statues are wrapped in. Mine arrived great.

O.....kay. I'm staring at my Order History and Status and yet I can't find any checkout button thingy. It only says new under its status.

Nah it won't work that way, it's has to be place a the time of ordering while you submitted the WL. If the status is in New, it will convert to Processing and in a few days to Shipped.
