All I asked them to ship was a new torso (cleavage paint) and a new cape, terrible job at "staying in the lines"

Hopefully they approve my pics and replace what I need.
If they are just sending you one or two pieces do they do custom cut styrofoam blocks for those parts or how do they package them up?

That's disappointing to hear that SS has accepted a flaw this big as "Hey they all have it, deal with it"

Mine had major cape paint issues, I wonder if they will stick a dollar amount to that as well as the torso and offer that up. /sigh

How long did it take for you to even get that offer? It took them 5 days to even reply, then I had to do a followup email. That took a day and a half to ask for photos of my issue, so now I'm waiting for them to review everything.
