Yeah, I thought the same thing too. It had me worried, that's for sure. I didn't want to put myself into the GRAVE.
But it was just like someone else said, I dropped the first 10 or so very slowly, but these past 5 have gone super quick. I'm guessing 200 will be my plateau and I will have to fight harder to get the rest off.
So yeah, April 26th I was 220 (I'm 5'10). Today I am 207. Not bad for only a couple of weeks.
