Are you tough enough?
I bought this the other day and tried it for 2 days but it's going back. My body didn't respond well to it. The pre pak has way to much caffeine for me. The pump from the pre pak was incredible, but I couldn't get through my workout. It was like I couldn't catch my breath. The thing is though my heart rate wasn't abnormal either. Just an odd feeling. I'm not quite sure what the post pak did to me but my stomach still feels upset.

^^^ dang it's right there almost 400mg of caffiene
U prolly was fighting Darth Vader in the gym, screaming "NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO, I WILL NEVER JOIN THE DARKSIDE"
That's just it though. My heart never got above 143. Just an odd feeling. I think with the N.O. opening me up along with the caffiene I just couldn't catch my breath. So much blood was being pumped into my muscles I had none in my head.

What would have upset my stomach so much out of that post pak though? I still can't figure that one out. I took them with my post workout protein shake so maybe it was a combo thing.
I'm sure you have been told that before
I know Ski has
Runs before Ski pounds me with dumbbells
Quick drop in to day, today is six months to the day I got sick from food poisoning, that almost killed me, and got me started on my new fitness food and walking program. I think Phase One is over. Time to start Phase Two.
I am still hovering around 200 pounds,(I started out around 230) but my legs are in tight shape now. I walk hard every morning, and I can hack a lot of heat and push now. I got out this week and cleaned our yard in two days, in 95 degree plus heat, with breaks and lots of water of course, but NO WAY I could have done that last year. So, progress is happening.
Now, to ramp it up, add to my walks and routine, and lose down to my ultimate/ideal weight goal of 160. I can, and I will, but I know from today, that I have a lot to do.
Let me say this, when you get close to 50, it is HARD to lose weight! But, I will persevere.
Feeling much better lately. Just wanted to step in and update on my progress. Six months out and steady, lowered weight is not too shabby! But, I want better.
Just got invited to the NHL Draft today at the Staples Center.
So with that said, No running for me today. My adrenaline will be flowing from all the excitement.
WOOHOO!!!!
Tool concert at Saint Charles, MO. Family Arena tomorrow!!!!!
I'm still working out prior though... SLACKER; WOOOO
