That's great that all of you have these goals!
I just go to the gym, without any particular "routine".... I mainly just do basic lifting exercises that I'm familiar with, without even any set # of sets really... I just go to the gym to stay somewhat in shape and maintain a decent physique
But for all those freaks who are looking to tone up quick, I'd SERIOUSLY recommend doing some boxing training. Not necessarily "fighting" and sparring, but just some REAL circuit training... I did some boxing training for about 6 months, and I PROMISE it was the BEST shape I had EVER been in my entire life. It's nothing but non stop cardio. Running, jump rope, and punching the bags. It's seriously intense, but holy quacamole you will get tone QUICK! so that just my two cents
