Thanks guys, add to my joy, I am currently wearing a Pirates of the Caribbean At World's End t-shirt from 2007 when it came out that's been tucked away in my dresser for years, not even a snug fit, I look perfectly fine in it.
I think the thing that's really blowing me away with this is how dramatic a distance I've come, and I'm only at the halfway point of my efforts. Granted, because of muscle growth and all, the scale is only a rough measure to go by for fat burn, but to change as much as I have just with 30 lbs by the scale seems amazing.
Oh, thought occurred to me, do you burn fat faster once you have less of it? I'm sure it helps that I'm lifting weights for a month now instead of just running, but it seems like the less fat I have on my body, the faster it's getting eaten up as I work out.
