edit: but we had fun regardless of the last place, it was only a few stops along the ways plus it had been a long time since we both just went out and hand a good one. I was still cussing them out the next morning while sobering up. My grl is like "U still have that in ur head.."
I feel you man, some ^^^^er tried talking ^^^^ to my girl the other day and I was getting ready to curb stomp the ^^^^^. I told him he should watch his ^^^^ing mouth and be careful of who he's talking to.I was.... BUT I WAS READY!!!! Nobody pounced and my grl wanted to call it a night.

I appreciate that Ill, we r boyees and I have no doubt and under those circumstances I would of been numb, lock and loaded.... it's throw down time!!!

Yes, but I can endure if my reward is this lifestyle:

That may not ever happen. Charm goes a long way. Don't get me wrong, being built and lean gets you looks, and compliments. But it still involves work.
Of course a good body does help getting noticed. hehe

Today was rough for me, I wasn't feeling very motivated at all. But I hit the gym hard anyway, tried a new routine and ran 30 mins instead of 20. I'm altering my diet as well, seeing as though my weight loss has stalled this week. I'm trying to make my breakfast more balanced, with some carbs to burn for my workout. I am also trying to change my late day small meal to something more protein heavy and less carb heavy.
That change coupled with more cardio should help me shed more pounds.
Started my workout routine yesteday, skipped Monday because I'm coming off a back strain from deads but don't worry everyone still progressing full steam ahead!!!
Yesterday cardio in the morning for 60 minutes, all elliptical.
Shoulders and tri's in the evening after work, got a good pump and was able to military press 110 dumb bells over head with a belt strapped tightly even though back is slightly recovering.
Tricep highlight was able to close grip 315lbs on bench press for 4 +2 with help of a spotter...
Cardio again straight 60 minutes of the elliptical once again, felt really good to sweat alot... Getting the weekend water out of me
Today cardio in the morning, ran two miles on the tred and 45 minutes on the elliptical, went ahead and did some calves to kill sometime so it would hit 6:00 a.m. and I could buy some more egg whites at the grocery store, too bad they open the doors at 6:00 . Schuncks had them on sale for $2.17 per cartoon so I bought like twenty of them.
Right now fueling up (A couple turkey burgers, protein shakes, 10 egg whites, a cup of almonds) for big ole legs, wish me luck I'll need to strapped the belt extra tight in order to not have the back hinder with squats.
