from my last post besides handrails...

edit: but we had fun regardless of the last place, it was only a few stops along the ways plus it had been a long time since we both just went out and hand a good one. I was still cussing them out the next morning while sobering up. My grl is like "U still have that in ur head.."

I appreciate that Ill, we r boyees and I have no doubt and under those circumstances I would of been numb, lock and loaded.... it's throw down time!!! :lol

I was.... BUT I WAS READY!!!! Nobody pounced and my grl wanted to call it a night.

I feel you man, some ^^^^er tried talking ^^^^ to my girl the other day and I was getting ready to curb stomp the ^^^^^. I told him he should watch his ^^^^ing mouth and be careful of who he's talking to. :mad:

Yeah that's the point as well, I'm normally super hard to get angry and laid back but after some drinks and then messing with my fiancee to say the least in a such rude manor that was totally uncalled for. She was basically just standing there watching ppl dancing and enjoying the atmosphere. I just caught the end of it whenever that guy jump down the stage acting like a complete moron so I wasn't gonna let get by with that... He started walkn off because he didn't see me come from behind, so I was like "D hold this" *beer bottle* and that's when I grab him, to say I saw what you did and btw that was my gal u were talkn to :emperor

You do know he is an actor on set in a movie with two actresses... and even if they did approach him, it's because he's a famous person... but if it weren't for his fame, he wouldn't be approached at all.

Or he may have flashed them something they liked. :horror

That may not ever happen. Charm goes a long way. Don't get me wrong, being built and lean gets you looks, and compliments. But it still involves work. :)

Of course a good body does help getting noticed. hehe

Well I like to think I have a pesona that can charm and win the ladies, but the plump exterior has been in the way most of the time, turning me into the nice guy to befriend rather than the guy you want as the friend but also whose bones you'd jump.

I just need a good worm on the hook to lure them in, once they bite I can reel them in :lol

Yeah, being in good shape does help things. And it gives you confidence to talk to them in the first place.
 
I'm a big guy and always had good muscle size but now that I'm way older I have to focus more on my diet and cardio instead of lifting weights. One wrong turn and I'll turn into a huge lardo. I just bought a treadmill and some boxing equipment so I can workout first thing in the morning. Gotta get lean.
 
I hit the Gym yesterday for the first time (in a long time :D) since I started exercising and I think I'm now hooked. I ran for 20 minutes on the treadmill and worked up a good sweat, after that did some curls and chest work (on machines for now) and finished up with some crunches. I felt really good afterwards and I'm a bit sore today, but the good kind of sore 'cause I didn't overdo it.

I'd also like to add that all of the fit and beautiful women at the gym are an excellent motivational tool! :D

Today was rough for me, I wasn't feeling very motivated at all. But I hit the gym hard anyway, tried a new routine and ran 30 mins instead of 20. I'm altering my diet as well, seeing as though my weight loss has stalled this week. I'm trying to make my breakfast more balanced, with some carbs to burn for my workout. I am also trying to change my late day small meal to something more protein heavy and less carb heavy.

That change coupled with more cardio should help me shed more pounds. :duff
 
Against my will :lol, I've been reducing my lunches lately. Small something with a salad, instead of 2 big sandwiches, a nice small one with a salad or some chicken with a salad, basically eating a salad with everything now at lunch, had a couple small slices of pizza and a salad for lunch the other day. I'm not big on salad, or water, but I enjoy them for what they're doing for me.

I may take shirtless pictures soon, if I flex my arms the man ****s are pretty much gone, which is exciting, just got get rid of them entirely with arms down haha.

I'm actually going for my workout in about 10 minutes, spend the afternoon cleaning up and I sweat so bad working out, I needed to stop before I get going again haha.

U r right on point with ur methods DA, that's exactly what your suppose to be doing, nice and slow, easy does it and tweak the diet whenever necessary! :rock
 
Back to my original fighting weight of 187 pounds... Getting ready for the fall football season (get two winded running those two-a-days in August :D)-- most of that weight came off my gut. :banana
 
Started my workout routine yesteday, skipped Monday because I'm coming off a back strain from deads but don't worry everyone still progressing full steam ahead!!!

Yesterday cardio in the morning for 60 minutes, all elliptical.
Shoulders and tri's in the evening after work, got a good pump and was able to military press 110 dumb bells over head with a belt strapped tightly even though back is slightly recovering.
Tricep highlight was able to close grip 315lbs on bench press for 4 +2 with help of a spotter...
Cardio again straight 60 minutes of the elliptical once again, felt really good to sweat alot... Getting the weekend water out of me :rock

Today cardio in the morning, ran two miles on the tred and 45 minutes on the elliptical, went ahead and did some calves to kill sometime so it would hit 6:00 a.m. and I could buy some more egg whites at the grocery store, too bad they open the doors at 6:00 :(. Schuncks had them on sale for $2.17 per cartoon so I bought like twenty of them.

Right now fueling up (A couple turkey burgers, protein shakes, 10 egg whites, a cup of almonds) for big ole legs, wish me luck I'll need to strapped the belt extra tight in order to not have the back hinder with squats.
