For those of you looking for healthy snacks I highly reccommend the Kashi brand. Here's some of my favorites...
Kashi pizzas Mexicali, Roasted Veggie, Margarita, 4 cheese
Kashi granola bars peanut butter, pumpkin pie (taste like a real piece of pumpkin pie)
Here's a quick and healthy lunch that taste great as well...
Buffalo Chicken Wrap:
Flat Out lite wraps
Perdue original roasted chicken pre cooked and cut
Frank's Buffalo sauce
Kraft No fat cheeder cheese
Hearts of Romaine lettuce
Take 3/4 cup chicken and heat it up on medium heat for about 3-4 minutes then put on plate.
Take your Wrap and toss it in skillet on low to heat it up and put the chicken back on.
Pour desired amount of Frank's on the chicken.
Put 1/4 cheese on the chicken and let it melt a little
Take wrap off stove put on plate and add lettuce and roll it up to eat.
