Man.... I keep hovering over the proceed to checkout on it....
But I am gonna try and discipline myself. I need to keep my funds available for the Iron Man 1:1 bust hopefully in September.... HOPEFULLY.... That's half the money for the bust right there....
Man I sure hope they don't delay the IM bust again...

When I spoke to them they said the sale would end Sunday, maybe they are selling the last few ones so they are keeping it up for a couple more days.
I agree this is a really big statue, very impressive, in my eyes its worth every penny so the sale had me sold in seconds.

A friend of mine spoke with customer service, and apparently they told him you can't use a gift card and get the 1.99 shipping. You have to choose one. Anyone else run into this problem? I'm calling SS in a minute to see what they say...

They really should have mentioned that somewhere. It literally says ALL new orders of in stock items.

They apologized for the confusion, but said that even though it was mentioned on the shipping sale page, it's mentioned under the terms of condition with the gift card.

So basically, yeah, the sale doesn't say anything about it but the gift card does. And right when I got the email telling me the discount wouldn't reply, I went to cancel the order and couldn't because it just shipped. Not too happy right now.

So if you placed an order this weekend and used a GC, expect to be charged the full shipping.

Well, I guess I'd have to decide whether to swallow the shipping cost and keep the thing, or pay the return shipping and at least not have a $270 charge.

Yeah, definitely. I mean, technically it's my fault for not paying attention to the terms of the GC, and assuming there were no conditions attached. But then again, with Red Skull coming, the timing is horrible. Usually, I'm pretty lazy about stuff like this and just say "oh well". But I'm a little too upset this time, and with paying for so much stuff this month, I may have to put my foot down.
