Well, its the size. I didnt have any help so I had to lift the whole thing out of Sideshows brown box first. Then you have to figure out which way you are going to pull the thing out, and you dont want to damage the box. Overall its the sheer size that makes it hard, you defo need someone else to hold the outer box while you pull the inner parts out, both times.

Gotcha, my cat sort of helps me every once in a while, she likes the new SS smell LMAO!
Oh yes he is. When the postman delievered this bad boy he always brings my boxes into the hall as im disabled and i can sort of push them through into another room using my sticks.Not this one, he stayed in the hallway, my carer came the next day and she couldnt move it either.
She had to get her boyfriend to come round and move it and open it for me.It took both of them to open it and get him out and displayed to look at.
Needless to say it was opended,checked,awed at, then re-packed and has not moved since. He's still in his box in my living room.
I dread moving in a couple of weeks, i'm gonna have to put a 'mind your backs' or 'heavy load' sticker on the darned thing.

No ^^^^^, WOW!!! I can't believe it... Well thats pretty awesome besides he's a beotch to move around but I'm glad that he's solid. I'm going to get one by the end of the month, on the other hand I bodybuild for my other profession and hopefully that will help me out a lil when it comes down to it!!! Can't wait to get my bad boy, I'll let ya know when I have problems removing him LOL!!!
ps: thats sad that ur remains all lonely in his box with no awness, glad u awed at him for a lil while though
Yep true story, its was quite funny to watch actually, my carer was getting frustrated cos she couldnt move it, then the boyfriend was determind too.They got it done between them bless 'em, I felt useless just sat there but I couldnt do anything, there was no point me even trying I would have just been in the way.No ^^^^^, WOW!!! Once I move(hopefully in a couple of weeks) and I get settled he will finally be able to be displayed in all his awesome glory, along with the rest of my collection.

I really hated how the movie Thing looked, in the movie itself I mean plus the statue since it resembles the movie. The brow and the nose is all messed up, it's like they make him almost look human... Fdat

i agree, never liked the movie version either, always looked like a freshly born orc, from lotr. not to put down anyones statue, oops i guess i just did. lol
anyway just switched my pf thing with pants for the exclusive 2 headed version. something just bugged me about the pants, even with the lower edition size. had to do it, much happier now. should be getting it along with my pf lara croft in the next week or so. it'll be just like christmas here next week.
ps just need a pf hulk now, anyone know were to get one, or know of one for sale, from a reputable person. getting sick of scam-bay, with all their recasts showing up now
