My favorite part about this dio is how awsome the base looks. Almost like a black marble and it looks so real and exactly like Orthanc.

That was the thing that amazed me right when I opened it. Just how much like black marble the base looked and exactly how it looked in the movie. Really Really well done! Probably the best one so far and by far the biggest dio they've done.

I hear that. I like the diorama line. But, I stopped collecting them. Just can't have everything...

I am only buying very select pieces in the vs. line. Space is the deciding factor and the eagle vs. dio will take up ample amount as is. But seriously, this is an amazing piece! Congrats to anyone who got one!
