Re: The Walking Dead - TV Series on AMC

I don't know why they're bothering with a spit season, just do 6 eps. every year around halloween. Make it an event.

Re: The Walking Dead - TV Series on AMC

They are still making episodes i would think hence the bleed over into next year. I bet the writers are still writing this seasons episodes atm as well.

Re: The Walking Dead - TV Series on AMC

I am curious if I am the only one who does this...

When I watch stuff like this, and kids, or women make so much damn noise because they are scared. I just shout "omg kill her!" I honestly want them to die. I'm the kind of person who can be quiet. I've just always been that way. I'm the first one out the door our out of bed with a weapon if I hear a suspicious noise. I know not everyone is like that. But seriously, it just drives me insane and I wish death upon the people on tv shows/in movies. Is that dark? :lol

That would work fine with a cartoon, but people age during the rest of the year. So with your method we'd have only progressed six months in WD time but the actors are in the 60s now :dunno

The longer the seasons, the better. Thats just that much more for us to watch. As long as the quality doesn't drop.

No, I feel the same way. But I can tell you that kids and women generally do act like that. I can't help but laugh when it happens in real life though :lol

No, good on you for not wanting to be a victim. Survival should be the most basic instinct. Shame not everyone feels that way.

Well, it's not like this show is gonna run forever. It'll go a few years tops, so they're not gonna change physically that much. Just be economical with the storytelling, don't have people wandering around in the woods for 90 minutes and you can pack plenty of story into 6 eps. a year.

Re: The Walking Dead - TV Series on AMC

The only issue I see with spacing the season out is that the kids are going to grow up too fast.

I've come across several men who act like this too, so the scope isn't just limited to women and children. :lol

that should be officially known as "taller walt syndrome"............much like "jumping the shark".............:lecture

Re: The Walking Dead - TV Series on AMC

It was also how they acted when it started washing off, both started panicking.

I think Hershall's is the early staging point. I think they'll wind up there by the finale.

The ending on Sunday's episode set it up for Hershel's farmhouse within the next two episodes if not next weeks episode.
