what a great episode !! Carol is just awesome !! Love that character and the way she plays it out...

Morgen is an idiot .... can not put it anyway better then that

Only part I had a problem with was the girl eating the turtle raw. Even if one was super hungry, that would be tough to choke down. Raw meat is not something that all of the sudden tastes great because you haven't eaten in a few days. Otherwise, awesome episode. Was not expecting the Wolves to attack so soon and suddenly like that.

Just found this. I approve. :rotfl

Thank you. That's what I thought myself. I couldn't take that seriously. It's like really? She doesn't know how to build a small fire?

Anyways~ Holy moly!! What a GREAT episode!! Carol once again... jaysus!
I hope the rest of the season will be just as exciting. I found season 5 a bit spotty, certainly not my favourite season.

And I, too, was pretty disappointed about Morgan and it's thanks to him the Wolves will possibly become a threat in the future. When you think about it though, as far as we know, Morgan may have never encountered threats with people like Rick and his group. The governor and terminus? That was enough for them to not tolerate any bull from future threats. Hopefully Morgan had learned his lesson with that guy he ran into again from the Wolves.

Oh and yeah, I totally think Enid has something to do with the Wolves.

I'm going to have to rewatch the episode again tonight as there were a few things that I didn't catch.

How did a Walker get into the cab of the truck that crashed into the wall?

How did Morgan get back so quick, but the rest of the group stayed behind?

Great episode once we got past the Enid stuff. Maybe there's more to her than we know yet. I loved everything about Carol. It's hard to believe a few seasons ago I hated her. Now, she's my favorite character.

The truck was trying to crash through the walls when the driver was shot and killed. He must have turned quickly.

Very good question. I didn't remember Morgan being out with the other group but vaguely remember him giving Rick the stink eye for killing the guy who got bit in the face.

ETA Hmmm, messed that up. I guess you can figure that out?

I never saw anyone get out of the truck once it got shot up, so we can only assume the driver was killed, crashed, then turned

Pretty sure Rick sent him back after Carter died so he could tell all the townspeople what happened.

The Walker inside seemed pretty decomposed, not freshly turned like on FTWD. I was wondering if the Wolves might have captured a Walker and put him inside and rigged the truck to drive into the walls with like a brick on the gas pedal and fixing the steering wheel.

I think Morgan says something to Carol about why he is back but I couldn't make it out.

Hmm, never thought of that. Possible I guess.

I don't remember if the walker was decomposed or not. From what I recall, the truck got shot up, then took a sharp turn afterwards. I would imagine the intended target was to crash through the main gate, not a strong part of the wall.

This season is starting with a some excellent episodes. Carol was awesome and long live Eugene! He pretty much steals every scene he's in.:lol

There's just so much bad waiting to happen this season. I'm sure the Wolves will be back but what I'm waiting for is Ron's what the hell did you just do!!?? moment.:horror

In 6.01, Rick sent Morgan back early. He was supposed to tell the town about the guy who got his face bitten off. He left early enough that he wouldn't have to deal with the swarming walkers responding to the horn ... so he'd cover ground a lot faster than Rick & Co. who are trying to survive the herd, manage the herd, or even turn them back.

Yesterday's was a really good episode. It was interesting to see the town under siege with the most capable people gone. It was pretty much Carl, Carol and Morgan by themselves.

I doubt we've heard the last from the wolves -- at least those four that ran off with one lousy revolver -- but, unless that was just part of them, they seemed pretty decimated. And, for all the foreshadowing, they got their asses beaten pretty resoundingly by essentially three people. I was expecting a longer-term threat than just one gruesome ambush.
