I understand it to mean that the motivating story behind a character's feelings and a tions has resolved.

There has not been a daryl story in some time. He's basically just muscle at this ponit. There is a Morgan story, a Carol story, a Carl story. But daryl's emotional journey ended when he had to kill Merle. My .02.

I take that back- daryl's story ended after rick and michonne killed his bandit group, where basically daryl had to decide what type of person he was going to be in the new world. Since that decision was made there has been no further serious character development or emotional arc for the character.

Life isn't worth living if you can't manual shift a vehicle.

The man rides motorcycles. The concept of shifting isn't that different.

That whole thing was rather silly. Maybe it was an inside joke of some kind. Though having had a '51 Willy's Jeep Truck in the family at one point, it is different shifting that than something more modern.

I thought it was like "see ladies, Daryl can't do everything so don't be too upset when Negan bashes his skull in." :rotfl

Glad Denise got killed. She had it coming.

How did she have it coming?

I still find it funny that Daryl went from the best "badass" character on the show, to one everyone's death wish.

Anyway....a theory of mine.....

I think Jesus "will die for their sins." If you saw the apple eating clip between Rick and Michonne on Facebook, there's biblical suggestions there.

So other than this one death in the comics does Negan actually do anything else? After this one major "kill" that everyone is waiting for is it going to be a major letdown after that? I just think he is being built up WAY too much for it to actually hit the mark.

But he throws F-bombs while he's killing that person!

We won't know if that's it until next fall. :(

If the build up is anything to go by, it could definitely get tiresome. I haven't read the comics but from what I can gather it seems like the whole Negan storyline is a pretty long one. I really hope they don't make it longer than it needs to be.

My fear is that given how theyre drawing out the inrto that he doesnt live up to the hype on tv.
