When my brother used to grow his hair out it curled on the ends. It just happens. When I was around his age, a lot of boys had hair like that. At least he's not wearing a mullet.

I said the same thing about corals hair . it looks effing ridiculous but then I thought ... wait , he lives in Alexandria so he's able to take a shower . I'm assuming that they have shampoo and conditioner so that's why it's so silky smooth . Lol whatever
