The FB post they show doesn't sound like Riggs is leaving to me. Sounds like an appreciative and supportive parent. IMO.

Maybe the hair is leaving an NBC sitcom.

How old is he in the current comic storyline?

I imagine the TV show has taken place over a good 2-3 years maybe?

I think they only actor we should be afraid is leaving the show right now is Heath since he's the star of that 24 reboot. Not sure how he could be a star on one show and a regular c lister on another. Heath can't be on continuous runs all the time, right? The shooting schedules might have worked out this season but I doubt they could keep that up indefinitely.
