Re: The Walking Dead - TV Series on AMC

Looks like all hell is gonna break loose regarding the barn, just like in the comics.

Darryl rocks!

Re: The Walking Dead - TV Series on AMC

A very good part of the episode was...

...when Carol brought food to Daryl and told him that he did more for Sophia than her father ever did and that he was just as good as Rick or Shane. I loved it!

Damn whoever called the loft thing was right. I cant wait to see how this plays out.

Indeed. Great scene right there. I read somewhere the Kirkman has plans to add Daryl in the comics.

Agreed.

Daryl seems like the kind of guy that grew up in a ____ty home. So its nice to see his good side come out and a nice compliment given every now and then.

It was also nice to see friggin Andrea lighten up a bit (with Dale) near the end. Glenn's hormone comment was funny but true.

Re: The Walking Dead - TV Series on AMC

What an episode! Glen realizes that Lori is pregnant but to me it's still unknown if he, or the others, know about her and Shane.

Next episode looks to be really good! :yess:

It's pretty damn obvious when Glenn says, "OMG, you're pregnant?" followed up with, "Jesus, you haven't told him yet?!"

Remember, the last thing Kirkman wants is for us to believe that these characters are stupid.

I don't see it as obvious. Let's just agree to disagree on this.

Glen knows that he got Lori a pregnancy test so yeah he concludes she's pregnant from when she tells him "It's none of your business"
and when she tells him to keep it a secret and then sees Rick and Shane coming of course Glen is gonna put 2 and 2 together.

So when he says "Jesus, you haven't told him yet?!" who exactly is Glen talking about? Rick or Shane? Both?

Re: The Walking Dead - TV Series on AMC

Wasn't that a smooth transition switching from Merle to the walker in that scene?

Creepy as hell! :panic:

Yeah, excellent film making imo. Even the camera angle of him tumbling down the rocky hill was perfect.

Still, it was Daryl and you knew there was no way he wouldn't have made it. lol even as an hallucination his brothers an ass.

That's what I found funny...was that Merle, even as an hallucination, was a major ass! But he served his purpose to give Daryl a kick in the ass to patch himself up and get up that hill!

:lol :lol

Re: The Walking Dead - TV Series on AMC

Btw how lucky was Daryl that the walker decided to start on his boot first? lol

Luck had nothing to do with it. Daryl Dixon is God and it's obvious that zombie wasn't trying eat Daryl's feet, but kiss them in the vain hope that some of his divine powers would rub off on him.

Re: The Walking Dead - TV Series on AMC

So we know that:

Glenn and Maggie used condoms so there goes the theory that Hershall is promoting pro-creation.

The home is run by a generator.

At least Glenn knows about Lori and Shane.

Bummer that Merle was only imaginary. :(

It was directed by Peter Jackson. It's definitely worth a single viewing, at the very least. Just go in knowing it doesn't take itself seriously. :lol

:lol

Pretty damn obvious?" If you say so. You just see what you want to see. Both Rick and Shane were coming back and Glenn's comment could have applied to either guy equally. You've got a 50/50 shot at being right, but I think they are purposely leaving it vague right now for the viewers.
