What an intense episode!

Two best scenes, IMO, were the walker ripping his flesh off squeezing through the broken windshield to get to Lori and Rick yanking that kid's leg off the fence!

Rick has changed but he's not becoming Shane, IMO.

I think the character change for Rick is not that he's becoming more comfortable with killing or morally ambiguous, it's that it seems he's finally coming to accept that Shane might be a danger to the group. He's been hanging onto that friendship and and I think now he's finally starting to accept that the Shane he knew is gone.

I mean when your risk lives to save a guy that was trying to kill you so you can put your group in potential danger and waste more food and medical supplies, I don't see that much change in Rick in that regard.

I think those were things he needed to hear. If she were keeping all of that to herself, I'd assume she was routing for Shane. Now it's all laid out, as it should be. He can actually observe Shane with full knowledge of what he's been doing, and as such, who it is he's dealing with.
