Re: The Walking Dead - TV Series on AMC

I think quite the opposite - last week he did nothing and someone died. His next reaction to a situation where someone is in trouble will be to act.

Yes and I am sure all the non-spiler folk who post in here are grateful to you for quoting it again if they managed to miss it the first time. :monkey4

Fantastic. Cheers for that Turtlepower. :slap

I won't complain if the spoiler is of the episode just aired in the US, its my fault if I read it - but spoilers for the tv show episodes that haven't even been shown in the US NEED spoiler tags.

Re: The Walking Dead - TV Series on AMC

Of course, I suppose....

that Shane could kill Randall out in the woods, and lie about him escaping to get everyone out looking so he could get alone time with Rick. But if they have Rick kill Shane and Carl shoot zombie Shane, I'm going to be pretty bummed.

Looks like you will be pretty bummed then mate! I think the spoilers are true, there's a video showing zombie Shane on youtube, with a description in it of what happens in the episode. Looks like Shane is a gonner soon.

Not bothered by that - I expect it and have for weeks. I was only bothered by the way it played out in that particular scenario...

I want Carl to kill living Shane, not zombie Shane

'Need to try and stay away from potential spoilers in this thread.':pow :lol

Apparently, with inept posters like turtlepower73, just being here might ____ you over. :lol

EDIT: For those curious about the above's douchy post, here's his source:

Or at least give him an infraction. :monkey3

Re: The Walking Dead - TV Series on AMC

Well, there's not much there to actually make that substatiated...

since we already saw that photo what, a week or more ago? We know Shane dies, no big surprise there.

If this turns out true, there's only one aspect I like about it - that Rick would trick Shane to get the upper hand and kill him. That at least gives a little interesting character development to an otherwise obvious way to kill off Shane - gee, he wants to kill Rick and Rick beats him to it. Not particularly dramatic.

That lack of drama isn't only thing I don't like about it - there's also the lack of drama in Carl shooting a zombie Shane. Yea, he gets some redemption for not shooting another zombie that ends up killing Dale, but it isn't a particularly dramatic or shocking moment.

And finally, if they are going to have zombies overrun the farm, they better do it well. I'm not imagining a way that works for me - one gun shot isn't going to draw a massive horde, so they already must be a massive horde, and they just happen to stumble on the house at this most inopportune time? And even though we've seen hordes move through other areas (like on the road), this horde doesn't keep moving on if they lock themselves up tight in the house? And somehow they manage to escape the horde anyway with most of the folks alive? The whole thing is just to much of a reverse deus ex machina.

I'll feel the same way about Jenner's whisper if turns out to be what you think it is. :lol

They should take away his avatar and sig. :monkey3 :yess:

____ like what he did goes against what the boards are about. Banning is more suitable. :survivor
