Re: The Walking Dead - TV Series on AMC ( Spoilers!!)

Not really, it likely would've led them further into that storyline and potentially postponed the finale we got.

the farm did not need to be so damn long, I mean, what's done is done, but I think I like the way that deleted scene was going, more than some of the stuff in the farm,

I guess because of cutting cost, I understand, but still...:monkey2

The farm wasn't all that long though. :lol

They're saving this for the super, duper extended editions that will be in the big ass box set when the series is over and they sold the individual seasons plus a regular box set. Give it another 7 to 10 years. :lol

Re: The Walking Dead - TV Series on AMC ( Spoilers!!)

So long as AMC doesn't ____ things up, I'd like to see this still ongoing in 7-10 years.

Rarely does anything go that long anymore, despite the ratings. As long as people don't get too greedy, it might go farther than 5.

Breaking Bad's already into season 5. And TWD has a lot more potential.

sorry bob, but this is the last season for Breaking Bad.

but like Ween said, since this is not a soap opera, it will probably come to an end eventually, all shows do.

either that, or the actors get tired or find another job, like what happened with Seinfeld and the show Monk,

I kinda wish walking dead was a soap opera, it could have lasted 30 years :monkey2:monkey2

:lol Didn't they say they were stopping Breaking Bad at the end of Season 3 or something?

no seriously this is the last season, 5, then it's over

season 4 was amazing, great ending, great villain, I am glad they didn't end it at 3. this show has been good all seasons,

I know what you mean about walking dead, I wish it went for at least 10 seasons, but, who knows

There's a quote from Cranston saying he can see it going longer and others hinting about it going the movie route, with a major director expressing interest. So there's hope for TWD.

wow really! that sounds really good :horror

Re: The Walking Dead - TV Series on AMC ( Spoilers!!)

I'd be down for a final season sometime, then a motion picture to end it.

But yeah. At least 5 more seasons or GTFO AMC.

Re: The Walking Dead - TV Series on AMC ( Spoilers!!)

Everything comes to an end, but dear lord, I hope The Walking Dead lasts at least until 2016. :slap

Re: The Walking Dead - TV Series on AMC ( Spoilers!!)

Lol, awesome.

Have to admit, that would freak me out a little. Especially the one on the bench, holy hell.

Re: The Walking Dead - TV Series on AMC ( Spoilers!!)

Read the books upto Book 7 last year.

Watched the first season ages ago and had the second season on my Sky Recordings.

Got around to watching it the last few nights and quite simply it was amazing. Although i know whats coming from the books the show mixes things up and keeps me on the edge of my seat. Haven't been this engaged in a show for a long time.

Was kinda bummed when Shane dies, he was an ******* but most of the time it was in the greater good for the group, upon taking Randall put to the woods i recalled what Dale (R.I.P :() siad about people like him killing again and knew what was coming.

Favourite scene overall was the bar scene, Rick OWNED those two scumbags :lol

Can't wait for S3. It looks like the group is gonna become more vicious as time goes by. And Rick looks to become increasingly so from the trailer.

Wonder if Rick will lose his hand? i doubt it but it'd be great to see.

Hope they don't mess up the sheer evil of The Governor

Re: The Walking Dead - TV Series on AMC ( Spoilers!!)

I haven't kept up on the comics, did they ever add in Daryl like people thought they were hinting towards doing?
