Just to start some @#$%, I didn't see any bullet wound in the Governor's head. Seemed odd he hadn't turned or wasn't being eaten by walkers? A little ambiguous and somewhat open ended. I think bringing him back would be jumping the shark and don't want to see it happen. Just seems like the fans deserved a bigger payoff for sending this character away than a quick shot of him lying on the ground.

So this episode we learned Carl has a bigger coin purse than Rick, and Michonne can kill a whole ****ing herd single-handedly! :thud:

Real prop. Nicotero brought it to Talking Dead.. where Hardwick fed it chocolate pudding. :lol

Yeah, I saw that. It looked fantastic on the table. I was laughing at the pudding gag.

I don't know why it looked so weird and fake in the episode.

There was a bullet hole I assure you.

I think they touched it up. Reminds me of The recent Thing movie. If you watch the youtube vid of the practical effects before they got altered, they look way more real and 3d and have depth and proper shading, when they touch it up with CGI it loses alot of that and looks more 2d.

It was there. Personally, I think it would have been awesome for him to have been shot in the chest (ala Merle) and have become a zombie only for Michonne to use him as one of her new pets instead of just some of his men. The fact she took them out at this episode anyway would have made it possible to do. They could have gotten Morrissey to do one episode as a zombie pet, but not for multiple. It would have been a better send off IMO for the Governor IMO.

I think Kirkman likes the character too much to let that happen to him though. :lol I thought maybe she'd take a souvenir, like his head.

I always thought it covered their "fresh meat" smell.

I think everyone in this episode is smelling pretty ripe. The dried blood and what other little bits and pieces that may be sticking on their clothes may be enough to mask the smell of the living.

I was wondering why so many walkers were gathered around the burning tank in the opening scene. The smell of BBQ maybe? They seem to mainly respond to smell and noise rather than sight, based on flashlights etc.

Poor Hershy. His last appearance was a incredibly fake looking cgi head.....

Michonne's dream/flashblack was pretty kewl.

I would have one major tummy ache after eating a big *** can of chocolate puddin'.

A decent episode.

I don't think michonne went out looking for Herschel's head but rather just happened to come across it and did the right thing.

I can also understand why rick was all messed up after waking up aka. Zombie rick. I mean there's no way he didn't have a concussion and as soon as he went to sleep, bad news. He was probably completely right out of it, hell he could of been in a mini-coma.

Also the governor had a good quarter sized hole in his forehead.
